Jon and Kate Plus 8

As someone who has watched all episodes and owns several seasons of Jon and Kate Plus 8, I feel sick to my stomach thinking about the situation the two - actually ten - are in.

No body knows the situation as well as Jon and Kate but from where I sit I feel they seem to be giving up too quickly. After watching the season five premiere last night, I noticed that Kate said it has been a tough six months. Doesn't six months seem like an extremely short amount of time to be ready to throw in the towels? Especially when there are eight young children involved?

I feel like Kate has been caught up in the lime light - just by comparison of where she was five years ago or when the show began and how she acts and thinks now. I feel that she should stop going away for tours and signings immediately and focus on the biggest and most important issue: her marriage.

Clearly the source of all of these problems is because they are going in two seperate directions, but she can stop this, as she once thought very similarily to the down-to-earth Jon. I feel that they should even stop the show, and while I would terribly miss the show and watching the adorable kids, I feel it would be very beneficial to the family.
